Job summary

Kelco Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers, ensuring accurate order processing and timely communication across departments. The role emphasizes ERP/NetSuite usage, order management, and delivering professional customer service.

You will collaborate with production, planning, shipping, and sales to resolve issues, monitor orders, and maintain records. Prior experience in customer service and ERP systems is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in customer service/order management preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding orders and inquiries.
• Enter, review, and maintain customer orders in ERP/NetSuite.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy including part numbers, quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
• Monitor open orders and communicate potential delays or changes.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Shipping, Sales for status updates.
• Provide order acknowledgments and communicate pricing or delivery changes as needed.
• Respond to customer questions in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner.
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, returns, and credits with internal teams.
• Communicate customer-specific requirements to internal personnel.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order notes.
