Job summary

Roche in Indianapolis seeks a customer service professional for a 18-month fixed-term position. You will handle inquiries, process orders, returns, credits, and changes, while delivering specialized support and insights to improve satisfaction. Worked with SAP or Salesforce preferred.

Eligible candidates have an Associate’s Degree and 1+ year of experience in customer service. This onsite role offers healthcare benefits, PTO, a 401(k) plan and holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries from inception to delivery and rectify concerns.
• Manage order replacement, returns, credits, debits, and changes per guidelines.
• Provide specialized support and analyze customer functions for reports.
• Coordinate communications for product promotions, process changes, and marketing programs.
• Act as a key resource for stakeholders, recommending process improvements.
• Monitor customer and product trends to resolve issues and negotiate solutions.
• Maintain and improve the quality system to meet objectives.
• Execute special projects as assigned by management.
