Shabby Fabrics, headquartered in Post Falls, Idaho, is seeking an order fulfillment associate to join our in-person team. You will pick, pack, and prepare fabric and quilt kits for shipment, while keeping inventory organized and orders moving on schedule.

The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and a positive, team-focused attitude in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This full-time position offers overtime opportunities and company benefits in a casual, supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pack orders with care for safe arrival.
• Cut fabric for customer orders and quilt kits.
• Fold fabric to company standards.
• Assemble quilt kits, thread sets, and patterns.
• Restock inventory and organize warehouse materials.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse projects.
• Collaborate with team to keep orders moving on schedule.

Why You'll Love This Role

As an order fulfillment associate, you'll be an important part of the team that prepares customer orders and products for shipment. Every day is a little different; you may be picking orders, assembling kits, cutting fabric, packaging shipments, or helping keep inventory organized.

Your Day May Include

• Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Packaging orders with care to ensure they arrive safely
• Cutting fabric for customer orders and quilt kits
• Folding fabric to company standards
• Assembling quilt kits, thread sets, patterns, and other products
