Position Details:

Role: Order Filler Picker

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm

Pay: $17.50/hr

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• At least one year of experience in order fulfillment, including roles as an Order Picker or Packer, with cross-training across inbound, outbound, sorting, scanning, and loading.
• Experience in safe sorting and loading of automotive parts, including handling large, bulky cartons, cages, totes, or other shipping containers.
• Ability to operate manual pallet jacks and RF scan guns, or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to stand for up to 90% of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds safely for about 33% of the shift.

Role Purpose:

Ensure safe, accurate, and secure filling of customer orders, replenishing or picking products based on pick sheets or handheld computers, and retrieving merchandise from bins or shelves.

Key Accountabilities:

• Efficiently pick and ship customer orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Count inventory accurately by location.
• Transport orders using non-powered equipment.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred.
