Role: Order Filler Picker

Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-2pm

Pay: $17.50/hr

Core Responsibilities:

• Order fulfillment
• Warehouse operations
• General labor
• Material handling
• Inbound and outbound logistics
• Loading and unloading
• Shipping and receiving

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of one year experience in order fulfillment, including roles such as Order Picker and/or Packer, with cross-training across departments like inbound, outbound, sorting, scanning, and loading
• Experience in safely sorting and loading automotive parts, including handling large, bulky cartons, cages, totes, or other containers
• Ability to operate Manual Pallet Jack and RF Scan Gun, or willingness to be trained
• Ability to stand for up to 90% of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds safely

Role Purpose:

Responsible for the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders, replenishing or picking products using pick sheets or handheld computers, and obtaining merchandise from bins or shelves.

Key Accountabilities:

• Efficiently pick and ship customer orders ensuring accuracy
• Count inventory accurately by location
• Transport orders using non-powered handling equipment
• Assist with physical inventories
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0 to 12 months warehouse experience preferred
