Role: LTL Order Filler Picker

Shift: 11 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay: $19.50 an hour + $1 shift premium

Core Responsibilities

• Verify, consolidate, serialize, label, and stage orders in the Less Than Load (LTL) warehouse area.
• Securely wrap and safely load pallets into shipping trailers.

Additional Skills and Experience

• Differentiate very similar product numbers.
• Use a handheld RF device.
• Stand/walk throughout the shift.
• Lift boxes onto racking up to 50 lbs.

Role Purpose

Responsible for the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Replenish or pick products based on pick sheets or handheld computers, obtaining merchandise from bins or shelves.

Key Accountabilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders, ensuring correct products are loaded and shipped.
• Accurately count inventory by location.
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Minimum Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
• 0 to 12 months warehouse experience, preferred.
