Position Details

• Role: Order Filler Picker
• Shift: 11 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday - Friday
• Pay: $19.50 an hour + $1 shift premium

Core Responsibilities

Accurately picking products using a handheld RF scanner, placing items into shipping cartons, and staging orders in the designated packing area.

Skills and Experience

• Able to differentiate very similar product numbers
• Ability to use a handheld RF device
• Ability to stand/walk throughout shift
• Ability to lift boxes onto racking up to 50 lbs.

Role Purpose

Responsible for safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Replenish or pick product with direction from pick sheets or handheld computer. Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves to fill the order.

Key Accountabilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments, ensuring the correct number and type of product are loaded and shipped.
• Accurately count product inventory by location.
• Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting, preferred
