Role Overview:

As a part of the Order Selection team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders, palletizing, and ensuring correct placement within the warehouse. You will operate motorized equipment, including Electric Pallet Jacks, and uphold safety standards.

Position Purpose:

Understand equipment use, pick locations, pallet building, productivity, and safety procedures.

Essential Duties:

• Inspect equipment for safety
• Enter productivity data
• Identify correct pick locations and sequences
• Pick items accurately, checking UPCs or descriptions
• Label cases and identify master case locations
• Report misplaced products
• Wrap and label pallets accurately
• Stage pallets appropriately
• Communicate effectively, report safety issues
• Operate equipment safely
• Build stable pallets and maintain cleanliness
• Follow HACCP and SQF policies

Qualifications:

Knowledge: Safety guidelines, RF systems, WMS (preferred)

Experience: Warehouse/operations experience preferred but not required

Skills: Attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, understanding of warehouse processes
