Job Overview

We are seeking an Order Filler to join our team. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing finished goods from inventory to fulfill customer and transfer orders based on detailed specifications. Additionally, you will maintain meticulous records of outgoing shipments, monitor inventory levels, and communicate stock shortages to ensure seamless warehouse operations. This position is in Barstow, CA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Order Fulfillment Operations
  • Executing the accurate selection and preparation of finished goods for both shipping and internal transfer.
  • Following detailed instructions from sales slips, customer orders, and other routing documents to ensure precise order accuracy.
  • Identifying and appropriately annotating which specific items have been successfully filled or omitted from the requested orders.
• Inventory Management and Replenishment
  • Monitoring current stock levels of finished merchandise during the daily order-picking process.
  • Proactively reporting supply shortages or low-stock alerts to supervisory personnel.
  • Initiating requisitions for additional stock to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent fulfillment delays.
• Documentation and Recordkeeping
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date logs and records for all outgoing orders and shipments.
  • Ensuring transparency and traceability in the fulfillment process through detailed order tracking and administrative compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of three (3) years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
• Any related certifications

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
• A current Secret clearance is highly desired.
