• Track and monitor the status of all open production and customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Shipping to resolve delays or constraints.
• Review material availability and escalate shortages or discrepancies to stakeholders.
• Communicate order status updates and potential risks to internal teams and customer service.
