Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Planning, and Logistics to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor order status, communicate updates, and address issues to deliver a positive experience.
• Support demand, inventory, and fulfillment planning activities to meet objectives.
• Analyze order and operational data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives improving service levels and on-time delivery.
