Job summary

You will analyze orders, support planning, and contribute to continuous improvement while balancing academic commitments. Candidates must be enrolled in a related bachelor's program and able to commute to the New Berlin site.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Must have reliable transportation to the worksite and be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and clear communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for customers and support orders from receipt through fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Planning, and Logistics to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor order status, communicate updates, and address issues to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Support demand, inventory, and fulfillment planning activities to meet objectives.
• Analyze order and operational data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and on-time delivery.
