Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Production Associate to support glass fabrication operations on the day shift. You will move glass, read labels, inspect quality, and rotate through production areas to keep a steady workflow.

You will be paid $17.00–$20.00 per hour, with benefits starting on day one and a monthly bonus eligibility. Candidates should read labels, measure with a tape, and maintain a safe, clean work area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Ability to read and interpret basic measurements and use a tape measure.
• All production workers should be able to work in all areas of production.
• Flexible work availability, typically Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours daily.
• Transport materials to expedite production.
• Read and attach labels to product.
• Quality inspection, operate equipment, and manually maneuver where needed.
• Understand facility layout to ensure proper product flow.
• Perform rotating duties across production areas.
• Inspect product for abnormalities and notify supervisor of issues.
• Use a tape measure to verify product specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Attend regularly and adhere to safety policies.
