Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking an Order Entry Specialist in our Indianapolis, IN office. You will proofread orders, enter details from sales contracts and technician reports, and coordinate with Operations to meet installation dates.

The ideal candidate has strong proofreading and data entry experience, with Salesforce CRM experience considered a plus. We offer competitive compensation and a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proofreading experience is preferred.
• 2 years of data entry experience required.
• Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) software experience is a plus.

• Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports.
• Proofread and check submitted orders to ensure complete accuracy.
• Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure products are ordered correctly and in a timely manner in order to fulfill installation dates and deadlines.
• Order products for all of our service territories.

Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

As an Order Entry Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to proofread all system orders. We're looking for someone with acute attention to detail that can also meet all set deadlines and is comfortable with working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports
• Proofread and check submitted orders to ensure complete accuracy
• Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure products are ordered correctly and in a timely manner in order to fulfill installation dates and deadlines
• Order products for all of our service territories

Qualifications
