Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Order Entry Specialist in Indianapolis to proofread orders and enter details from contracts and technician reports. You will ensure accuracy and collaborate with Operations to meet installation deadlines.

Ideal candidates have proofreading and data entry experience, with Salesforce or CRM familiarity. The role is onsite in Indianapolis with standard weekday hours and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proofreading experience is preferred.
• 2 years of data entry experience required.
• Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) software experience is a plus.

• Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports.
• Proofread and check submitted orders to ensure complete accuracy.
• Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure products are ordered correctly and in a timely manner in order to fulfill installation dates and deadlines.

Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

As an Order Entry Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to proofread all system orders. We're looking for someone with acute attention to detail that can also meet all set deadlines and is comfortable with working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports
• Proofread and check submitted orders to ensure complete accuracy
• Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure products are ordered correctly and in a timely manner in order to fulfill installation dates and deadlines
• Order products for all of our service territories

Qualifications
