Job summary

Jered, a PAR Systems company, seeks a detail-oriented Product Support Assistant in Brunswick, GA to oversee order entry across Aftermarket and New Construction projects. You will serve as the central coordinator for customer orders and support the Aftermarket Sales and Program Management teams.

Success relies on maintaining data integrity, accurate pricing alignment with customer specs, and proactive issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with time management and prioritization abilities.
• Deadline-driven with focus on data integrity and process accuracy.
• Proactive problem-solver able to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order entry activities for Aftermarket and New Construction products and jobs.
• Coordinate all incoming customer orders as central point of contact.
• Ensure accurate, timely processing and alignment with customer specs and internal standards.
• Support Aftermarket Sales and Program Management teams across projects.
• Maintain organized, reliable order pipeline and data integrity.
