Position Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Order Entry / Account Management Specialist for a well-established local manufacturing company. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with customers while coordinating with internal manufacturing, sales, and production teams.

The Order Entry / Account Management Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, maintaining customer accounts, providing order updates, and ensuring customers receive timely and professional service throughout the order process.
