Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and confirm orders the same day they are received.
• Generate standard quotes within 24–48 hours.
• Respond to phone calls by the 3rd ring and all emails within the same business day.
• Build, maintain, and update pricing lists to protect gross profit margins.
• Create accurate product specs and inventory items within 24–48 hours.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and elevate when needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor open orders, backorders, and inventory levels; communicate changes.
• Support DIFOTIS performance standards.
