Job summary

Malema, a PSG brand, seeks a dedicated customer support specialist to assist Outside Sales Leaders for major accounts and deliver superior service to internal and external customers. You will manage orders, communicate specifications, and coordinate with ERP/CRM systems to drive on-time fulfillment.

You will support continuous improvement, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate across departments to enhance the quote-to-cash process while maintaining export documentation and audits as

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Sales, Business or related field and 3+ years in customer service.
• Advanced degree in Sales/Business or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute order management from inquiry to shipment.
• Convert inbound sales calls to leads and orders; manage referrals.
• Field inquiries and route to distribution when needed.
• Communicate PSG terms, conditions and sales policies clearly.
• Provide support to Outside Sales Leaders and management.
• Maintain timely order status communications and resolve issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure customer experience.
• Complete export documentation per PSG policies and assist audits.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and document standard work.
• Adhere to ISO procedures and protect environment.
