Addison Group is seeking an Order Coordinator for an onsite, contract-to-hire role in Broussard, LA. You will support processing and fulfillment of customer orders, collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Operations to meet customer timelines.

The ideal candidate has ERP experience, PO proficiency, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and communicate proactively about issues affecting orders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in order coordination or related field preferred.
• Experience using an ERP system is required.
• Hands-on purchase order experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from initial processing through final shipment, ensuring materials and documentation are in place.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse and Operations to keep orders on track and meet deadlines.
• Monitor purchase orders, production requirements and inventory needs.
• Enter and maintain accurate order information in the ERP system.
• Review shipping documentation and ensure it is accurate for invoicing.
