Publix Super Markets is seeking a Distribution warehouse associate in Boynton Beach, FL. You will help verify the accuracy of products shipped from facilities by Selectors and support daily warehousing operations.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, weekend/holiday availability, forklift certification by start date, and physical ability to lift 67 lbs. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliable execution within Publix’s distribution network.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and extended periods.
• Obtain certification in pallet truck and forklift operations by start date.
• Lift a minimum of 67 pounds.
• Stand for long periods.
• Bend, stoop, and twist as needed.
• Operate a pallet truck or forklift safely within the operator compartment.
• Complete required tests before start (Basic Office Skills and Matching - Alphanumeric).
• Pass a Physical Agility Test before start date.
• Read, write, and perform math problems.
• Interpret, understand, and follow instructions.
• Work well with others as a team member.
• Show enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work; align with Publix’s mission.

Required Qualifications

Year End Bonus

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
