Job summary

Publix Super Markets in Boynton Beach is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the Distribution department. You will verify the receipt of incoming products, including size, quantity, and quality, and ensure accuracy at intake.

This role requires weekend and holiday availability, the ability to lift up to 67 pounds, and certification in pallet truck and forklift operations by start date. Training and safety on-site are provided. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays.
• Obtain pallet truck and forklift certification by start date.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 67 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Operate pallet truck/forklift within the operator compartment.

Required Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old

Year End Bonus

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
