Rad AI is seeking a senior product leader to own Orchestration, the platform layer that ties together imaging workflows, routing, and interoperability. You will define the strategy, roadmaps, pricing, and partnerships, while leading a cross-functional team to deliver market-ready solutions.

You have a commercial mindset and deep radiology/healthcare domain experience, with a track record of shipping platform initiatives and driving revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Experience translating market needs into product priorities and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a healthcare or imaging environment.
• Track record turning strategic ideas into shipped products with customer adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own Orchestration end-to-end, from concept through launch and monetization.
• Define the platform narrative and align with the Rad AI roadmap.
• Translate market signals into executable priorities and milestones.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across product, eng, sales, and partnerships.
• Shape pricing, packaging, and partner models for the platform.
• Evaluate build vs. partner vs. acquire options and manage timelines.
• Maintain high-velocity delivery against important industry milestones.
• Operate with founder-style autonomy and leadership credibility.
