Job summary

Rad AI is hiring a Technical Support Operations Manager to design, build, and optimize the complex systems behind our AI-driven radiology platform. You will bridge support, platform engineering, and product teams to ensure high availability and rapid incident resolution.

You will lead 2–4 engineers, manage incident pipelines, and craft runbooks while driving automation, telemetry, and cross-functional collaboration across enterprise healthcare deployments.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years managing highly technical support teams in a SaaS or healthtech environment.
• Deep expertise in Zendesk and familiarity with Linear, Monday.com, HubSpot, BetterStack, and CRM/integration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing or leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain end-to-end technical infrastructure for support operations.
• Design and deploy automated incident response pipelines and real-time SLA telemetry engines.
• Lead LLM-driven automation pipelines to validate payloads and enrich context.
• Serve as final escalation for high-severity integration failures and author runbooks.
• Build custom analytics dashboards and perform root-cause analysis to drive improvements.
