Job summary

Core Services Group is seeking an experienced Organic Repair Capability Assessment (ORCA) Team Lead and Analyst to support the Navy in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Navy maintenance processes and a strong background in training.

This full-time position includes up to 35% travel and requires a SECRET security clearance. Compensation is anticipated between $90,000 and $110,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of supervisory experience in analyses and technical project implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Navy ship depot level maintenance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct Organic Repair Capability Assessments (ORCA) for the Navy.
• Lead a team to solicit fleet feedback on maintenance systems.
• Audit shipboard Industrial Plant Equipment against configuration data records.
