Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Field Investigations Manager to support the National Task Force against Organized Retail Crime across TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, Sierra, Winners and TK Maxx stores.

The role leads investigations, partners with federal, state and local law enforcement, and designs market strategies. Travel to assigned stores is required; a proactive manager will develop staffing and training across markets.

• 5+ years of Loss Prevention or investigative experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and executing National Task Force activities.
• Initiate, conduct and resolve organized theft/fraud investigations.
• Develop market strategies and coordinate with the Manager of Field Investigations.
• Manage Loss Prevention Investigators in one or two markets.
• Partner with federal, state and local law enforcement to prosecute external fraud.
• Develop staffing plans and recruit/hire NTF members.

Job Description:

The Field Investigations Manager is part of a fast-growing, constantly evolving environment that partners with Store Operations to ensure we provide the best experience to our customers! With a focus on Organized Retail Crime, the National Task Force takes sophisticated cases head-on through establishing proven partnerships with store and Loss Prevention leadership, local, state and federal law enforcement agencies and utilizes groundbreaking methods to identify and deter external and internal dishonesty! The Investigations Manager is responsible for assisting with implementing a strategy to combat ORC and external theft across all TJX brands including; TJMaxx, Marshalls, Homegoods, Homesense, and Sierra within an assigned market, takes a proactive approach to resolving external losses within all assigned stores through training and awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Assists Manager of Field Investigations in the management and execution of National Task Force activities.
• Initiates, conducts and resolves sophisticated organized theft/fraud investigations.
• Develops creative strategies within assigned market and coordinates these efforts with the Manager of Field Investigations
• Manages Loss Prevention Investigators assigned to one or two markets.
• Partners with Federal, state and local law enforcement agencies to prosecute all external fraud activities within assigned area.
• Develops staffing plans. Recruits, interviews and hires NTF members.

This position has a starting salary range of USD $95,800.00 to $122,100.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
