Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified Aviation ORAT Program Manager to support planning, ramp up, and execution of Aviation, Transit and Operational Readiness programs in the United States. The role involves coordinating stakeholder engagement, training plans, and transition activities across multiple projects.

The candidate will establish relationships with stakeholders, monitor schedules, and provide regular updates on ORAT activities, while ensuring quality and timely turnover to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Planning, or Business, or 10+ years aviation-industry experience.
• Experience with ORAT and Operational Readiness teams on new facilities.
• Knowledge of systems and operations including traction power, signal systems, O/M, facility systems, testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, ramp up and execution of ORAT programs.
• Assist with Stakeholder Engagement and Operational Interface Plans.
• Coordinate Familiarization, Induction and Training Plans.
• Assist with collection of information for ORAT schedule development.
• Assist with implementation of Transition Plans.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders to engage ORAT activities.
• Present regular updates on ORAT activities.
• Review project schedules and turnover plans.
• Attend project meetings and manage workflow.
• Assist with project closeouts and transition to service.
