Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking an Operational Readiness, Activation & Transition (ORAT) Project Manager to join their national Aviation team. The ideal candidate must reside in the United States and will work on projects across the country requiring regular travel.

Responsibilities include supporting planning and execution of aviation projects and developing stakeholder engagement strategies. Required qualifications include a relevant Bachelor's degree or significant aviation industry experience, as well as strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Previous experience in Operational Readiness Activation & Transition (ORAT).
• Strong technical skills in project management and aviation systems.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of ORAT programs.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans.
• Coordinate transition and training plans.
