STV, Inc. is seeking an Operational Readiness, Activation & Transition (ORAT) Project Manager to join our national Aviation team. This role involves supporting various Aviation projects, requiring a strong background in project and operational management.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant Bachelor’s degree or extensive experience in the aviation sector. The position offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Planning, Business, or 10+ years of industry experience.
• Previous ORAT experience including working on Operational Readiness teams.
• Knowledge of industry practices for systems and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, ramp up, and execution of various elements of Aviation and Operational Readiness programs.
• Develop Stakeholder Engagement and Operational Interface Plans.
• Coordinate and develop Training Plans.
