STV, Inc. is seeking an Operational Readiness, Activation & Transition (ORAT) Project Manager to join our Aviation team. The role requires significant experience in the aviation sector, including planning and execution of various projects. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or 10+ years of industry experience, along with previous ORAT experience.

The position involves developing stakeholder engagement plans and coordinating training initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Candidates must reside in the US due to project requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years industry experience within the aviation sector or a relevant degree.
• Experience in Operational Readiness and Transition projects.
• Strong technical skills in project management.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of aviation projects.
• Develop Stakeholder Engagement plans.
• Coordinate Familiarization, Induction and Training plans.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage workflow processes and ensure timely completion.
