Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking an Operational Readiness, Activation & Transition (ORAT) Project Manager to join our national Aviation team. This position requires a candidate residing in the United States, supporting various aviation projects while traveling to project sites. Responsibilities include planning, operational readiness, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in aviation management, leadership in operational readiness, and strong project management skills. A competitive salary range of $149,671.54 - $171,053.19 is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10+ years experience in aviation.
• Knowledge of industry practices including Traction Power Systems and Risk Management.
• Experience in Operational Readiness teams on new facilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and execution of Aviation and ORAT programs.
• Assist in developing plans and gathering information for ORAT.
• Manage workflow processes and ensure timely completion of projects.
