Flatiron Build Co. is seeking a residential remodeling leader to launch and grow its Orange County market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in remodeling, project management, and exceptional communication skills, working closely with the founder to establish processes and client relationships.

Responsibilities include overseeing residential projects, managing subcontractors, and ensuring a premium client experience. Compensation includes a base salary of $105,000–$120,000 with potential for bonuses and profit-sharing, totaling over $200,000 as the market scales.
