Job summary

Anastasia Beverly Hills is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive retail sales across an assigned territory, partnering with store teams to grow market share and brand presence. You will communicate the ABH story, educate staff on products, manage budgets, and support in-store events.

The role may involve hiring and coaching freelance support in select locations, traveling as needed, with a base salary of $75,000–$80,000 plus bonus eligibility and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of cosmetics retail experience.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others.
• Effective communication skills with all levels of leadership.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to see the 'big picture'.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Achieve a retail sales plan for an assigned territory.
• Manage territory budgets including freelance and travel expenses.
• Meet KPIs defined by the company.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
• Coach store personnel on ABH products and services.
• Plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
• Recruit, interview, train, and coach freelance staff.
• Ensure ABH service technique complies with State Board rules.
