Job summary

Anastasia Beverly Hills is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive retail sales across an assigned region and partner with store teams to grow ABH's market share. You will educate staff on ABH products, facilitate in-store events, and manage budgets for travel and freelance support.

The role requires 3+ years in cosmetics retail, strong coaching and communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams while traveling as needed.

• Effective communication skills with all levels of leadership.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve a retail sales plan for an assigned territory.
• Manage territory budgets, including freelance and travel expenses.
• Attain KPIs defined by the company.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
• Coach store personnel on ABH products and services.
• Plan and execute in-store events and product launches to maximize retail results.
• Recruit, interview, train, and coach freelance staff and licensed professionals in the territory.
