Job summary

Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics in Brentwood, CA is seeking an ORAL SURGERY TREATMENT COORDINATOR to support the oral surgery team. This non-exempt role handles treatment coordination, scheduling, and patient financial arrangements.

Position: ORAL SURGERY TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Reports to: Oral Surgery Business Manager

Job Location: Brentwood, CA 94513

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly (Non-exempt)

Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics is a northern California based practice that offers comprehensive services including preventive dental care, orthodontics, and oral surgery. The practice focuses on creating a fun, safe environment for pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• A self‑starter with superb organizational skills, attention to detail, accurate and neat, with the ability to multitask
• An outstanding communicator with excellent verbal and written skills to explain treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements as needed with patients
• A team player who can work independently, is proactive, reliable, punctual, able to prioritize tasks and manage time

• Coordinate treatments, financial contracts and financial arrangements
• Schedule and verify appointments for patients in person or on the telephone
• Prepare letters and correspondences as needed

• Maintain full schedules and an efficient office schedule flow
• Answer phones, take messages, perform call backs and appropriately route calls
• Contribute to marketing efforts and regular team meetings
