Job summary

Paradigm Oral Surgery in Massachusetts is seeking an Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to support surgeons during procedures, manage preoperative tasks, and maintain sterile environments.

You will obtain radiographs, document patient care, monitor patient status, and contribute to accurate narratives. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential. This in-office role offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative surgical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology Certification (or ability to complete within 1 month of hire).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire).
• DAANCE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons with procedures and maintain sterile environments.
• Perform preoperative tasks and ensure patient safety.
• Obtain vital radiographs and document patient care.
• Monitor patient status during procedures and in recovery.
• Handle advanced equipment with precision and coordinate with the surgical team.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Radiology Certification (or ability to complete within 1 month of hire)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire)
• DAANCE Certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on patient safety and infection control
• Excellent manual dexterity and clinical precision
