Job summary

Paradigm Oral Surgery in Independence, MO is seeking a Surgical Assistant to support surgeons during procedures, document patient care, and ensure sterile environments from preoperative tasks to post-op notes.

You will obtain radiographs, participate in patient status monitoring, and collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS Certification required or completed within 1 month of hire.
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities with good judgment and critical thinking.
• Passion for safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons with precision during procedures and document patient care.
• Handle preoperative tasks and maintain sterile environments.

• Obtain radiographs and craft detailed patient narratives.

Required Qualifications:
