Job summary

DOCS Dental invites skilled Oral Surgeons to join our part-time team, delivering a wide range of dentoalveolar procedures in modern, fully digital clinics located on Army and Air Force bases nationwide. You’ll work with a dedicated team to serve military families, veterans, and federal employees while maintaining clinical autonomy and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. dental program is required.
• Completed Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency and board certification or eligibility.
• Active, unrestricted state dental license to practice in the U.S.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• DEA license if performing sedation or prescribing medication.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide scope of surgical procedures including extractions (routine and surgical), alveoloplasty, and other dentoalveolar surgeries.
• Provide in-office sedation (as credentialed and permitted by state license per office).
• Collaborate with general dentists and dental assistants to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
• Document clinical findings and treatment plans in digital patient charts.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of care and professionalism in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. dental program
• Completed Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency and board certification or eligibility
• Active, unrestricted state dental license
• CPR/BLS Certificationudelmissed line?
• DEA license (if performing sedation or prescribing medication)
• Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and obtain Real ID for base access
