U.S. Navy seeks an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to perform complex surgical procedures and lead surgical teams, ensuring the oral health and operational readiness of service members. The role includes mentoring dental personnel and contributing to research in oral surgery practices.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from CODA-accredited program.
• Completed CODA-accredited Oral Surgery residency in the U.S. (or in the final year).

• Between ages 21 and 64 (Title 10 U.S. Code 531/532).

Total Annual Compensation: $337,883 to $389,461

Responsibilities:

Perform complex surgical procedures to treat diseases, injuries, and defects of the mouth, jaw, and facial structures. You’ll lead surgical teams, mentor dental personnel, and contribute to research aimed at advancing oral surgery practices, while ensuring the oral health and operational readiness of service members.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $700,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $66,000 Specialty Incentive Pay
• $8,000 Board Certification Pay
