Job description

The U.S. Navy is actively seeking a board-certified Oral Surgeon to serve as a Dental Corps Officer on active duty.

This is a full-time, in-person role. Not a Remote or telemedicine position.

Starting Annual Compensation: $334,055 to $386,090

Potential Practice Locations: California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington and more.

Base Pay Range

$334,055.00/yr - $386,090.00/yr

  • Perform advanced surgical interventions for oral‑facial injuries, conditions, and diseases in both operational and non‑operational settings
  • Lead multidisciplinary surgical teams
  • Contribute to medical readiness and research initiatives supporting Sailors and Marines
