Job summary

Risas Dental and Braces – Desert Sky Location in West Phoenix is seeking an oral surgeon for a full-scope OMFS role. Expect IV and conscious sedation, implants, surgical extractions (including impacted third molars), and complex pre-prosthetic work in an outpatient setting.

You’ll have 12-16 days per month with a 40% of collections compensation, a fully flexible schedule, a stable patient flow, and a supportive team of assistants and back-office staff. No buy-in; you walk in and operate.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD - we welcome both oral surgeons (completed OMFS residency) and surgically trained general dentists (GPR/AEGD residency or documented chairside surgical volume: extractions, surgical extractions, bone grafting, and implant placement)
• Active Arizona dental license (or eligible and willing to obtain)
• Current DEA registration and Arizona sedation permit (or actively pursuing)
• Comfortable running a busy surgical schedule and leading a chairside team
• Patient-first mindset - Risas serves a diverse, underserved community, and bedside manner matters here
