Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of dental experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desired.
• Experience with EHR systems desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite expected.

Responsabilidades

• Guide patients through dental treatment plans and ensure timely completion within 1 year.
• Explain treatment plans and financial responsibilities to patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate co-pays.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to improve clinic experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR and comply with privacy laws.
• Support call center metrics and provide cross-coverage when needed.
