Job summary

UHP Hawai‘i is seeking a Special Projects Health Tech (Oral Health) to support coordination of oral health activities at UH Manoa and in DOE/Charter school settings. The role includes scheduling, data entry, and direct support for screenings and sealant events.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, health-related certification, and CPR/First Aid or BLS, plus clinical experience. Travel to partner sites is required, with a 32.5-hour work week, Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
• Current CPR and First Aid or BLS certification.
• Experience working in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of oral health activities including school-based screenings and sealant events.
• Distribute consent forms for oral health.
• Data collection and entry.
• Assist with care coordination for students needing dental referrals.
• Health education as requested.
