Accenture’s Oracle practice seeks a senior Oracle Utilities reporting strategist who translates complex operational, financial, and regulatory needs into scalable data models and BI designs. You speak fluently with business stakeholders and delivery teams, turning data into decisions while guiding strategy.

You will define and lead the onshore reporting strategy for a large Oracle Utilities IT transition, set architecture and governance, and oversee onshore/offshore resources to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Oracle Utilities reporting, BI, or analytics roles.
• Minimum 5 years leading reporting strategy or architecture on enterprise programs.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior lead or manager role responsible for reporting delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate's, equivalent minimum 6 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the onshore reporting strategy for a large Oracle Utilities IT transition.
• Translate requirements into Oracle Utilities reporting designs using Power BI, OBIEE, and OAC.
• Lead design and delivery of priority reporting deliverables aligned with milestones.
• Collaborate with functional leads, data architects, and integration teams on data models.
• Manage onshore and offshore resources, set delivery priorities and quality standards.
• Engage stakeholders and IT leadership to validate requirements and present deliverables.
• Define report design standards, templates, and documentation conventions.
• Support KPI dashboards and operational reporting to track program health.
