Job summary

Accenture is seeking a finance-minded Oracle ERP Consultant to transform core accounting and finance operations on Oracle Cloud ERP for CFOs and controllers in California. You will blend deep GL/sub-ledger knowledge with strong consulting, communications, and delivery skills, partnering across business, technology, testing, training, and offshore teams.

You will enable scalable solutions that drive enterprise value, controls, and decision-ready insight, and contribute to post-go-live adoption,

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Mgmt, or Intercompany).
• 3+ years configuring Oracle Fixed Assets (asset lifecycle, depreciation, reporting).
• 3+ years in finance transformation consulting (process design, controllership, close optimization).
• 3+ years working with finance process data (COA design, sub-ledger reconciliation).
• 1+ year serving utilities clients or in a utilities finance function.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 6+ years work exp.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs for CFO and finance orgs, including finance redesign, data conversion, testing, training, and go-live adoption.
• Design and configure Oracle Fixed Assets capabilities and integrations with Projects and GL.
• Translate CFO priorities into measurable enterprise value cases and KPI baselines.
• Analyze finance process data to inform design, cleanse legacy data, and validate cutover readiness.
• Collaborate across client and Accenture teams to deliver Oracle Cloud ERP outcomes.
• Provide hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP training and enablement for business users and project members.
• Support cutover activities, deployment readiness, change enablement, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery methods and cross-team collaboration.
