Job summary

Accenture's Oracle practice in California seeks a senior Oracle Utilities reporting strategist who can define and deliver a comprehensive reporting program for a large IT transition. You will translate data requirements into Oracle Utilities data models and reporting architectures, while guiding delivery teams through strategy and governance.

You will work with business and IT leaders, establish standards, and drive KPI dashboards to monitor progress.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Utilities reporting, BI, or analytics roles.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, OBIEE, or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior lead or manager role responsible for reporting delivery on an Oracle Utilities implementation or IT transformation program.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years' work experience.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the onshore reporting strategy for a large-scale Oracle Utilities IT transition, establishing reporting architecture, tooling standards, delivery approach, and governance frameworks.
Translate business, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements into Oracle Utilities reporting designs using tools including Power BI, OBIEE, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Lead the design and delivery of priority reporting deliverables, ensuring alignment with program milestones and client business needs.
Collaborate with Oracle Utilities functional leads, data architects, and integration teams to ensure reporting designs are grounded in accurate, accessible data models.
Manage onshore and offshore reporting team resources, setting delivery priorities, quality standards, and review cadences.
Engage client business stakeholders and IT leadership to validate reporting requirements, review designs, and present completed deliverables.
Define report design standards, templates, and documentation conventions to ensure consistency across the reporting library.
Support program leadership with KPI dashboards and operational reporting to track program health and delivery progress.
