Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Oracle Utilities Integration Lead to own the end-to-end integration workstream for Oracle CCS/C2M across billing, metering, field service, and finance. You will design patterns, oversee real-time and batch interfaces, and coordinate with vendors and client IT teams.

You will guide integration architects, drive ICDs and data mappings, and mentor a team of developers and analysts, ensuring green interfaces before go-live. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years designing and delivering Oracle Utilities integrations.
• Minimum 5 years leading an integration workstream on full lifecycle programs.
• Hands-on experience with middleware platforms (OIC, MuleSoft, TIBCO, IBM MQ).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years' work experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration workstream for Oracle CCS/C2M across billing, metering, field service, finance, and operations.
• Design and govern integration architecture, patterns, and reusable frameworks.
• Define integration patterns with adjacent systems (AMI head-end, GIS, OMS, ERP).
• Lead integration design sessions with client teams and third-party vendors; produce ICDs and data mappings.
• Establish and manage integration testing strategy including SIT and E2E validations.
• Mentor a team of integration developers and analysts; enforce standards.
• Report status, risks, and readiness to program leadership; manage cutover tasks.
