Accenture is seeking a finance-minded Oracle ERP Consultant to transform core accounting and finance operations on Oracle Cloud ERP. You blend deep functional knowledge of General Ledger and Sub-ledger with strong consulting and delivery skills, partnering across business, technology, testing, training, and offshore teams to implement scalable CFO-focused solutions.

In this role you will design and configure Oracle Fixed Assets, drive data conversion, testing and post-go-live adoption, and help

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management or Intercompany).
• 3+ years configuring and deploying Oracle Fixed Assets (asset lifecycle, depreciation, reporting).
• 3+ years in finance transformation consulting (process design, controllership, close optimization, CFO advisory).
• 3+ years working with finance process data (COA design, sub-ledger to ledger reconciliation, data conversion).
• 1 year experience serving utilities clients or in a utilities finance function.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs for CFO and finance, including design, configuration, data conversion, testing, training and post-go-live adoption.
• Design and configure Oracle Fixed Assets capabilities including asset categories, books, depreciation methods, capitalization and integrations.
• Translate CFO priorities into measurable value cases and KPI baselines linked to finance outcomes.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, Accenture delivery teams, product and offshore resources to deliver Oracle Cloud ERP outcomes.
• Provide hands-on training and enablement for business users and project teams to support long-term finance adoption.
• Assist with cutover activities, deployment readiness and change communications for finance releases.
