Job summary

EY seeks a Functional Architect to lead Oracle MDM engagements, translating client requirements into working solutions for MDM within the Oracle Utilities C2M/CCS product set. You’ll mentor teams and engage with executives to deliver high-value outcomes.

You’ll drive design, workshops, and delivery across functional, interfaces, and data conversion streams while building an inclusive, high-performing EY culture. Willingness to travel and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Deep understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• 5–10+ years of Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Proven ability to work with customers across departments and levels.
• Strong communication, analysis, and change management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead orchestration of Oracle MDM solutions meeting business needs.
• Document requirements and plan workshops.
• Design, configure and test base system and RICE objects.
• Manage interfaces, data conversions, and change management.
• Collaborate with EY and client teams to mitigate risks.
• Mentor and coach team members.
