EY is recruiting a Functional Architect to lead Oracle Utilities MDM engagements, translating client requirements into working solutions and shaping delivery for C2M/CCS product sets. You will mentor teams, engage executives, and help EY maintain an inclusive, high-performing culture.

You’ll guide design workshops, manage risks, and ensure successful rollouts across client environments, with travel up to 75% and collaboration with Power & Utilities clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of at least 5, preferably 10+ years of Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with customers across departments and levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the orchestration of MDM Oracle Utility solutions that meet customers’ business requirements.
• Document business requirements and conduct workshops to define design.
• Plan, facilitate and manage fact-finding and analysis sessions.
• Configure base system and assist with testing of configurations and RICE objects.
• Manage interfaces, data conversions and conversions strategy; resolve defects.
• Identify gaps requiring custom algorithms and plug-ins; mitigate risks.
